I would like to say I much I appreciate Justin and the Gio team for helping me move my items I was truly not able to do on my own. They were very professional and friendly during the whole time. Also, Cassandra and the Office Staff were very nice and easy to work with.

Everyone including people on the phone and in person made the move very easy for me. The packers and movers worked hard to do everything that I needed. They always had a positive attitude and smiles on their faces. When the move was done I almost felt like they were part of my family. I had never hired movers before so I didn't know what to expect. I tried to explain everything as clear as possible. When I got the quote I agreed to the price. When the moving day arrived I was told that the only things they'll be moving is the big things. I'm stuck moving all the small stuff myself. I would have never gone to this company if I thought I'd pay and still have to move myself.

Horrible experience with main driver. First called me to inquire about extra cost instead of confirming the schedule time and address.
When arrived, started complaining that two hours was not enough time. With all the complaints, my cousin and I end up helping.
Afterwards, took 20 minutes before closing up and leaving. Took long was to the location. To make sure I didn’t go over 2 hours.

I called the office several times this past week during my 2 moves on diff days and left voice mails for NO ONE to call me back. Today, 2-3 plastic bins with sheets and blankets for my 85 yr old aunt (to make up her bed!) got left on the truck bc they were NOT delivered. Her apt is 700 sq ft so nowhere for them to get lost! I called office and hoped they would be delivered but no call back even!

This company is amazing. Their communication every step of the way through each department was incredible. The moving team was incredibly fast and efficient. They really listened to what i needed done and were very respectful the entire time. Great transparency through the whole process.
