The moving team was fantastic! They encountered some unexpected challenges when our elevator turned out to be broken. We moved from a three floor townhome into a third floor apartment with an upstairs loft. The two man team was probably under-manned, and took longer than anticipated by several hours. I place that fault on the dispatcher I spoke with over the phone.

Movers were not professional. Items Specified as sentimental and irreplaceable were damaged. Move distance was only 13 miles and I was charged for $211 fuel. Movers asked for a tip to be paid in cash so it would not be taken by the company. Mirror was not put back on dresser. My 65" LG TV was damaged, a 6" - 9" gash on screen. I could have moved cross country for less than it cost to move 13 mile

The young men who moved our things were absolutely wonderful. They arrived on time, worked hard and got our stuff into and off the truck with no problems. We will be calling for another moving day and will ask for the initial movers. The organization is run well, customer oriented, and the price was not over bearing. We would highly recommend Two Men and A Truck.

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with their service. Moving team decided to cancel service after loading some of my items on the truck. Rather than taking what they already had loaded, they unloaded everything back into my apt. I had to then rent a uhaul and move everything on my own, with nobody around to help. Also, out money on a deposit that I paid. Not a very compassionate company.
