The moving crew showed up not knowing anything about the job, your "lead mover" was rude and already upset from another job then was mad at me for not paying him $475 to move a single refrigerator! Yes, I wrote that correctly. Then he broke our PRE CIVIL WAR BUFFET, 183 years old to just drag across the floor by himself and broke. Plus he hated the layout of my new house. Would NEVER recommend.

It was also noted that during the walkthrough, there may have been some confusion about which items were being moved — specifically, that the crew believed only the refrigerator in the garage was included.

What a moving team we had!!! They were GREAT! They were on time and made haste right away upon arrival to start wrapping and begin wheeling boxes into the trucks. In less than 4 hours they had their 2 trucks loaded and started down the road for our 25 mile journey to our new residence.
3 hours later they had everything unloaded and positioned inside in its designated area. Awesome!!!!!
