I had no issues with my move. The movers were very courteous and caring concerning the furniture. The were done in a timely manner.

The moving team executed the move quickly, but their packing quality was unprofessional. Specifically, some items were not wrapped at all, and items are now missing. I previously filed a claim regarding a damaged entertainment system and the missing items. I have not yet received any update or information regarding the claim status or compensation. Please provide an immediate update.

This is my first personal experience and it was not a great one unfortunately. They did arrive on time and went through the assessment which I felt like took too long after spending all the time I needed to with the office people took about 20 minutes or so just to do the signing. By the time they got started I was already half an hour into my move time. They took way too load.

Everything was great. The person that was in communication with me before the move kept me up to date with all the information I needed. The crew did a great job breaking down, wrapping, and protecting all of our furniture before they moved it. We had several large and very heavy pieces. Nothing was damaged or even scratched after the move. I will definitely use them again if I ever move again.

I was notified when the truck was on the way both days & they arrived on time. Chris, Billy, Nate, Kori, Willie, Tyler, & John were the movers, some1st day, some 2nd, some both days. They all introduced themselves and were polite and friendly. They worked very hard and were careful with everything. They moved a couple things more than once because I was indecisive.Couldn't have gone any smoother!
