Initially the service seemed great. I was unsure of when the closing for my home would be finished and I was told by the office staff that it’s no problem and to let them know when I was ready to unload. St the end of the night the movers notify me that I was scheduled at a specific time and I had to be charged starting at that time, which was almost two hours of labor that did not occur.

I cant remember my movers names but they were pretty awesome. There was 3 of them (1 was in training)We had so much stuff for them to move and they got a whole truck load packed and unloaded in 5 hours. This was our first time using movers but I would definitely use you guys again. Everyone was very nice and took alot of stress off our plate. Thank you so much.

The men borrowed forearm forklift straps from the shop they picked up the furniture from. They said they would return them and they never did. My husband was here for delivery and the guys were not that motivated to get our armoire to where we wanted it.
