Lost all my hardware in the move , was supposed to contact me about it I called 10 times was always left high and dry. Casually costed me a livid wife and a thousand dollars in hardware trying to get the correct replacements

The booking process was very easy. The guys who came with the truck were professional and took excellent care of my stuff. They not only put things in the correct rooms, but they organized everything so it is easier to unpack and get around my house. They made a stressful process much easier.

Some confusion on my part about what was said when booked regarding price, but overall not a bad job. Don't like the way that was handled, had me wait for a manager to come, I told them to go ahead and get it done in the 2 hours because we already had things broken down. Also, I ended up having to put a couple of dresser mirror in my car which I think was due to poor use of truck space.

Thanks for sharing your feedback. We're sorry for any confusion about the price but we do have a two-hour minimum, and even so, the move ended up running a bit over that — even with the manager helping to load so we could save you some time and money. As for the mirrors, we weren’t able to move them without a signed release of liability since they’re fragile and without your consent we weren't able to move them. We appreciate the opportunity to help with your move and hope you will utilize us again in the future.

Fabulous experience with the guys that moved my mom into Anthem Lakes Assisted Living. All furniture arrived in good shape and they were so helpful in placing everything where we needed it. You get what you pay for and they were worth every penny.
