You sent 3 young people, 1 still in training. I paid for packing service & it was unprofessional, wreckless, & several things are damaged or missing. Fragile items weren't wrapped, electronics detached from their connecting wires & misplaced. Heavy boxes weren't marked & all were placed haphazardly in the wrong rooms & some items were left behind. Didn't bring pkg material. WE WERE OVERCHARGED!

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. The movers showed up 2 hours late. About 2 hours into them packing I was told they had another move and I would have to prioritize the items I wanted moved. Everything after that was rushed and sloppy. My headboard was significantly scratched and my recliner broken. Management has not taken any accountability for their actions. Not even sorry.
