The office person was really clear on the process and also called to check in the day before and let me push back my start time by half an hour. The two movers we had were fantastic. We were really impressed by how they remembered which items we did and did not want moved and which items went where in the new place. They also filled in the blanks when we didn’t give instructions. Great experience.

I appreciated how quickly the movers were able to get us moved. However, it came at the cost of a fair amount of damage. I'm giving three stars for now because of the quick work and damage. I might raise to four stars if everything gets properly fixed (or I get the money needed to make replacements) including my damaged furniture.
