Kendall and his team did an excellent job, they were courteous, and professional. The team was on-time and Kendall took the time to explain things to me. All of the team members were quite personable.
There was some property damage to a bed frame but Kendall and the office team started to resolve the issue immediately. I was impressed how they put the customer first and made sure I was satisfied.

The two movers were punctual, courteous, and cared about getting things right. We had a mis-understanding with the front office around the exact nature of the kitchen move. I suggest better communication around exactly how your process works and what is / is not included to avoid this type of mis-understanding in the future. That said, the team was very understanding and made it good in the end.
