This is the second time we have used your services. The movers introduced themselves and were courteous. A family member has difficulty walking and they were always stopping to let him get by with a walker. We are not planning to move again, but if we do need to, we will use your services again.

Lets start with the timing. I was told somewhere between 8:30-10. What a huge window. Not dependable but if I would have been given a heads up by the crew it would have been better.
Then, when the estimate was given to me over the phone, I was to receive boxes, people packing, and moving things. When the crew finally got here. They had 0 boxes. And complained about packing.
