This was my second time using Two Men and a Truck. From start to finish the move was made easier by them. The office staff was friendly and helpful in preparing for the move. Your movers were late and extremely slow. They wrapped our items poorly and we needed to redo most of it. A large pane of glass shattered because they did not wrap it properly. We were charged for the full time even though they were not there the full time. I emailed your team our feedback and never heard back. It was a disappoontingexperience that has added significant stress to our upcoming move

Delivering bikes to each site helps us make sure families can get their bikes. The team is great at communicating their schedule and arrival. The 2 guys moved 5 pieces of furniture for me from one house to another. They wrapped the relevant items with a moving blanket and shrink wrap and I appreciated this. I did not know they would do this, but I am glad they did. They were on time, friendly, and I am satisfied with the service. I do think the price was a bit high for only moving a few items- not even barely a room and no boxes.

This process was so seamless for my first across state move! From the start, Shakira was amazing in helping me understand the process so that it would be a smooth transition.
