Office staff wonderful. My closing date kept changing and they worked with me every step of the way changing the day movers would come. The movers were great. Very respectful. Worked swiftly. Made sure correct boxes got in right rooms. I would use them again and recommend them highly.

I asked that they bring wardrobe boxes, quoted for ten of them, have the texts to prove it and they didn’t bring any to pack up my clothes. Didn’t know that they couldn’t take apart bunk beds because of liability. Took them six hours to move big stuff. The last time I used them they worked so much faster and brought what they were supposed to.

The moving team was amazing. They were professional, very polite , protected both the furniture and the surrounding, where they had to walk through, and always kept moving until their job was done.

The team that was sent to do the work was very unprofessional, especially the team lead (Andy if I remember his name right). He was rude in the way he talked to his team member and the way he talked to me. He was yelling. And then he lied to me towards the end. He lied that he was going to come back and put my furnitures together to be paid separately. He removed a door and did not put it back.

All the guys were amazing in that they were caring but so efficient. Asked questions that were pertinent. Treated each other with respect. It was a long day as they loaded 2 trucks , drove 5 hours , unloaded. I have to move in a year and will be using them again. Thanks so much! Patti
