The entire service was great! Booking the service was a smooth process. The moving team was very professional, moved items and furniture with care, and did so in a timely fashion. The movers themselves were amazing. They were both very respectful and professional and very hard workers. I would hire either one any day! My only concern was the overall communication with the office. I had a unique situation of I was moving my moms stuff and I don’t live in Topeka. I was expecting an arrival of 8am and they arrived at 10:40. I understand logistics don’t always work as planned.
