The first time we hired you we were so impressed with the attitude and work ethic of the team. This time one team member constantly complained about how heavy everything was and one member was moving at a slow pace. I have already filed a complaint but we moved into a brand new open concept build and they put 4 holes in the wall and left several gouges in the wall from not being careful.
