Very happy with the moving service. Your customer service is timely and prompt. The moving team was very professional, friendly, and helpful. The day of the move was a hot day (TX... of course). Your office team and movers were great to work with. I've used your company before and because they moved my entire home into my new home with precision, not a single scratch on a wall or surface, I called on you again. I'd highly recommend using your company for house-to-house and internal furniture moves! Kudos to a great team of professionals!

The movers themselves were great. But I was charged for their drive from the office to my house and back to the office, which is something was not informed of at any point in the process. Never before have I had my moving 'start time' be over an hour before the truck even showed up, and over an hour after they left. If anything, there should be a reduced cost for drive time when the truck is empty
