I was not very happy with this experience. Scheduling and office staff were great, team arrived on time. Loaded quickly, but once they arrived at the house things slowed to a crawl. They had a lot of chatting/smoking/ sitting in the truck breaks. Then spent an hour to get one of the broken truck doors open but still charged me for the time. Not cool.

My circumstances required I find movers asap and around the Thanksgiving holidays. I was able to get an appointment on the day / time I needed. The team called me when they were on the way and they packed and moved my things carefully and quickly.
