We moved with Quintin and crew on 9/18. Quintin was hard working, personable, and a great communicator from start to finish. We felt very comfortable with him and the team taking care of our belongings and getting them to our new home safely. He even went above and beyond trying to get our murphy bed up to the third floor of our townhome. Great job, would highly recommend!

I was told that my move should take 1 hour to pack and then a travel hour would be charged. The move took 3 hours plus the travel charge. It SHOULD NOT have taken that time! I emailed twice during the move telling the office how slow the movers were moving. They wasted my money and I am TICKED! They did not bring any boxes TO A MOVE!! This was the slowest, most incapable move I've ever had!

Our records indicate that we provided you with a 1–3 hour estimate for a moving-only service, and no boxes or packing were requested when the move was scheduled. We also applied a time deduction to your final bill in response to the concerns you emailed during the move, and the job was completed in 2.75 hours, which is within the original estimate provided.
