Prompt, friendly responses from Cassidy and clear quotes despite multiple revisions. I was disappointed that all the information from my phone call and multiple text messages were not provided to the moving team - they had no idea what they were going to be moving and brought no moving pads/blankets to protect my floors. But they improvised quickly and got it moved without any damage.

I had the perfect experience. The team gave me a call alerting me they were on their way and arrived on time. They proceeded to move all 5 items amazingly quickly, taking great care not to bump into anything or otherwise scratch the surfaces. There were friendly and capable and did a thorough job. They are a credit to your company.

I had an absolutely great moving experience with your company and I'm very grateful to the staff that I started off with through a phone call, and all the way until the team completed the job. I've moved plenty of times in my life having served 23yrs on active duty, and then after retirement I still chose to hire movers, but the team assigned to me from your company did better than them all!
