My white fabric bedframe was destroyed 7 weeks ago. It was not wrapped prior to being placed in the back of a truck. Therefore it is covered in black stains. I made a claim and provided photos 7 weeks ago and have received, to date, 0 updates. The responses from administrators and management have been dismissive, unhelpful, and rude.

Office people were great when I called everytime to confirm or switch times of the moving team showing up. The moving team was very professional and worked fast and didn't attempt to stretch the time out to get more money. They handled everything with care and followed direction well onto where to put everything. Even helped clean up a mess I made. Great people, great service

The whole experience was awesome. From the office staff giving an estimate, booking a day, and watching the men work, it was so comforting to feel the care everyone gave my stuff. We had our entire home moved into a storage unit as we wait for our next house. We're definitely using Two Men and a Truck for our next move day. All 4 men worked hard and made efficient use of the time!
