Chloe was great to work with on the phone. The two men that did the move were OUTSTANDING!!!! The couches were too large for the elevator so they pushed them up the parking garage 5 floors. They took the time to fix the one leg on the couch. Super nice, polite, positive, and professional!!!!

The men were friendly and hard working, but the packing of our household items was less than satisfactory. Some items were overly packed while the majority of items were poorly wrapped. The 4 garment bags were utterly useless. 3 of the 4 boxes collapsed during the 1/2 mile move. Clothing was bunched at the bottom of the boxes and in total disarray. We were very disappointed.
