The guys arrived as promised when they gave me their 30min warning. They assessed the situation, tried moving the extremely heavy washer and dryer stack and quickly realized it was a bigger project than they anticipated. Reinforcement arrived and the washer and dryer stack came the not straight staircase. The walls were not damaged. These guys really do care and took every precaution!
