You need to make sure that you train your personnel better before you send them into people's homes and have the audacity to charge $167 an hour. I had an explicit conversation with several of your team members about budgets and required services. Everything that I asked for was told that could be done yet none of it was done as advertised.

As previously discussed, your hourly rate was explicitly outlined your hourly rate and were advised of our billing practices in terms of starting the clock when we arrived and stopping the time when when we finish delivery. We have even provided you 30 minutes discount based on the longer than expected travel time between pick up and drop off based on a truck accident. We try to be fair to you as the customer and fair to the business in offering this discount. We hope to serve you again in the future and earn back your trust.
