My team had a helpful young man who listened to me about what was to go in my car and in the truck. He did a beautiful job. When I had things in the closet in the hallway, I told them to put my haircutting tools in my car. That didn’t happen and the last guy was rude, saying “You need to tell us before where you want it.” I had told them and was upset that I now have to find people to help me unload the storage to find my haircutting bag.

This is the third time I have used TWO MEN AND A TRUCK (Markham, Warden Ave. franchise). The experience was excellent from start to finish. I appreciated the great customer service from Masoud in the office when the move was booked, with only a couple of days advance notice. The move started on time. My mother's things were packed/unpacked carefully and with respect. The movers (John and DJ) were friendly and courteous. I will use and recommend TWO MEN AND A TRUCK again for any future moves.

They never stopped working, taking direction on where things went and assembling an electric bed frame and resetting up a TV.
All requests were met with “of course” or “no problem”. Can’t say enough, from start to finish, it could not have gone any better!
