We scheduled an appointment for Monday. The team did not show up and didn’t notify us of canceling until we called them. The office employee we dealt with said they attempted to call but did not call. We were promised a 2 hour move because of this and it took the crew 4 hours and we were charged more than we were told. Crew also took our bed hardware. Horrible experience and incompetent staff.

I’ve used this moving company before, and every time they’ve been great except for this last time. The move should have taken six hours, and instead it took almost 12 hours. This was mostly because some of the staff were using their phone instead of working. The supervisor was the only one who really put in the effort, and even apologized that it took as long as it did at the end.

Our experience with Two Men and a Truck was excellent. DJ and Jordan were a great crew to work with. They took great care to make our property was loaded and delivered safely. They also have a pretty good eye for interior decorating.
