The office lady was polite, however she over estimated the time needed even though I told her we wouldn't need that much time blocked off (estimated 3+ hrs more than needed).
Also was given 8-9am arrival time but didn't receive call that movers were on their way until 9am, with arrival time really closer to 10am.
Moving team was superb. Very personable, professional, and polite. Enjoyed them!

even though I made it perfectly clear over the phone, the moving team had notes from the call center that I wanted the safe and other items moved downstairs in the house I was in even though they had the second address.Regardless of the confusion the moving team did a flawless job of moving a 400lb and other large items down a very steep flight of stairs. They all deserve a raise.

The moving experience would have been flawless except that the moving team cracked the tv screen. It was reported as an incident but have not been contacted by the company yet.

The moving team did GREAT! Called me with anticipated arrival time and were on time, were efficient and safe, were friendly and kind, delivered the item and were respectful and efficient. Highly recommend that team!

The packing part could have been better from what Ive unpacked thus far. Chris did not show for moving day leaving me one man short. Nico and Marquis were absolutely fabulously wonderful. They busted their butts and were so polite and professional! They serve five stars for the moving day.
