The movers forgot/dis not move several items that we supposed to be moved including: 4 shelving units, a large file cabinet and multiple heavy bins. I called the company and she said she’d “talk to her supervisor” and get back to me. A week later and nothing has been resolved.

We moved out for a remodel of the house so all of our items were to be moved out and stored for @4 months. The moving out was good no issues, the moving in was somewhat good and stressful . Upon inspection of some of the furniture I noticed some minor damage of some of the items as they were not protected properly, also we are missing some boxes, tried calling, said they would look into it no word

The team was efficient and very courteous, and with a somewhat challenging move were highly cooperative in taking my instructions on item handling and placement. They were a GREAT team, especially considering the adverse weather conditions (temps in the 20s, with snow and wind).

I was really impressed with the service I was provided by Riley when initially reaching out to get a quote, answering my questions, and scheduling the move. Riley was always very responsive. We had a small job of moving some bigger furniture from our basement to upstairs. The two men who come and did the work did a good job. They where professional and pleasant through the project. They took care of the furniture and walls as some of the pieces there a tight fit up the stairway.
