The office staff (Madison) was wonderful, the followup and the timeline preparation was spot on. We were on a timeline and Two Men and A Truck was on top of the situation. The moving crew were polite and accommodating from beginning to the very end. The entire process was well organized and precise. We thank you for you planning and adherence to the time line.

Everything went well until they had to pay for the damage. They broke beyond repair an almost $200 piece of furniture due to stacking boxes incorrectly and causing nails to come out on all sides and wood to splinter. A manager came out and even said that I’d fill out a damage report and that I’d be compensated or replaced. I got a $45 credit and when I contacted them they ignored me and have since

First of all, I apologize for taking so long to reply. Moving has been a real struggle as I have been ill during the process. But with the excellent assistance from Diquinn I have been able to continue through it all. He and his team have been very very helpful. Making suggestions that have helped me a lot. He and the team have been very helpful and friendly while still being professional.

Koa and Saul did a great job moving my dad's things to his assisted living community. They were polite, prompt, careful, and did an all-around great job!
