Courteous competent staff. Prompt responsive service. I gave 4 vs 5 stars because they damaged my vinyl flooring. Granted this was the cheapest, thinest, crap you could imagine as flooring. And they took full responsibility for the damage and took a damage report. This was the second time I used 2M&aT and I would most certainly use them again.

The office staff was very compassionate about our situation and worked to help us fulfill our tight timeline. The moving team was very timely, in fact they arrived early. The young men were very kind, efficient and careful with the furniture. We will certainly use them again!

Disconnects on the office side. I was told one thing about payment during the quote, something else by the packing team, and then something else the following morning by the office.
Moving team sat in the truck for a while, missed items & didn’t communicate certain issues. Informed consent was not a priority it seems. Lack of attention to detail - partial and whole items left behind

I left a message this a.m. 1/2/26. Please be sure to confirm that Shakir and Mike were recognized for WORK ETHIC off during a BLIZZARD, (12/29/25) freezing cold temperatures, to get me moved into my new home. They were kind, polite, professional - and WORKED. I'm unsure who their 'direct reports' are, but need to be sure they get a raise, a bonus, or something, they were incredible. What workers!

Brandon and Christian did a fabulous job moving very heavy furniture into a third floor apartment! The very long sofa had to go up winding staircases and they did it!!! Thank you very much!!
