Booking was very easy over the phone followed by a confirmation Email. The crew called me and let me know when they would arrive and were very professional. They carefully wrapped and protected all furniture and TVs. They completed the move with zero damage and efficiently to minimize my cost. They completed all paperwork onsite using a tablet and immediately Emailed me all paperwork and receipts.

I feel bad because the guys were really nice but there was just a lot of over promising and under delivering. I stressed multiple times that I was moving into a brand new construction home and there was zero care taken in the new house. I specifically asked for protecting my door and carpet but nothing at all was done. Management told me they’d come out to fix things but I’m still waiting.

The young men on our moving team were very professional. They never stopped moving, and things were done in a very timely, careful, and efficient manner. We have used Two Men and a Truck before, and we have never been disappointed. Everything went smoothly, and we could not have had a better experience, the office and the movers were exceptional!

The process of moving is stressful, but it gets better when all your stuff is out of the old place and in the new one, and these movers were very helpful with exactly that. Highly recommend if you've got things too big or heavy for friends and family to handle.

Horrible experience, called during move to voice concerns and was told “we don’t talk negatively about the team” & was told our conversation was done & he wouldn’t be helping me. Reached out to office team to express dissatisfaction & she forwarded to a manager who reached out & apologized & asked me to email him values ofdamaged items & I did but after 2 attempts at email I never heard back.
