Our moving team were exceptional. They were friendly and professional and made our move quick and easy. They finished the move in less than 6 hours which included a 1 1/2 hour + drive between our current location and our new location.

Everyone we talked to in the office were very friendly and easy to work with. The moving crew did a great job and nothing was damaged with the furniture or doors/walls. They were friendly and very quick.

I used 2 men and a truck twice. I had to temporarily move out of my condo. The second team was much more professional than the first. The legs on my expensive computer desk got bent because one of the teams put the weight on a non load bearing side. I had a $400 tv wall mount that was very nice. Parts from it went missing making it unusable. I didn't even go into my storage between moves.

The one very important service I think you should always include is taking pictures of the furniture and stuff being moved. I don't fault the mover who had to deal with the paperwork on site and describe what to call pieces. I wasn't able to secure a copy of the list for 3 days, thinking it would just be emailed to me at the end of the moving day, but wasn't. The crates are on the road. The list doesn't include an antique dresser. I can only hope it's included. A helpless feeling.

Five stars all the way around !! Professional phone consult, very informative and direct. I called a week before appointment with questions and confirmation of appointment and was met with the same respect which eased my anxiety. The moving team was phenomenal , very professional and respectful of my belongings as well as myself and my husband. In the future I will always use / recommend two men .
