Everything was great, they worked so hard and were so polite plus they had great attitudes. I only gave 4 stars because one tracked mud into our new house and onto the carpet in three separate bedrooms.

Oliver and Ahmet did a fantastic job moving some heavy exercise equipment around for me this morning! I turned a bedroom into an exercise room and what I thought would work in my head didn't function well in reality. Oliver and Ahmet made some recommendations that worked better than I imagined. I usually don’t do surveys. However, Machelle did phone multiple times to see how things went, so here goes. I do understand when fatigue sets in the work gets sloppy, l I know the day was long and the fee changed but when I observed you taking lunch, I was not happy. I paid for plastic mattresses cover, my cloth cover was soiled . My floor has markings on it, new apartment. I still will use you

Still waiting to hear back on my damaged end table. Worker’s pleasant but were poorly supplied and not well trained in packing. Heavy Corning ware on top of glasses and cups.Boxes not marked. They had to use my tape dispenser. No marking pens,
