John, Garrette, Keenan, Lucas took amazing care of us and our belongings. They made it fun and they were very knowledgable on how to handle our may antique pieces of furniture for safe transport. The office staff Michelle, Mykala and Mellisa were amazing and kept us informed all along the way, and were happy to help with last minute changes. The crew was not careful with my furniture. They didn't wrap protection around the items, just put them in the truck. They dropped a filing cabinet down the stairs and knocked a hole in the wall. The repairmen they sent didn't match the texture of the existing wall and had no idea or plan on how to paint the repair job to match the existing paint. They expected me to supply the paint and brush.
