I am mostly satisfied. However, I did have a heavy reclining sofa and the movers damaged my stair rail, which is WOOD and chip the paint on the corner of my wall.. Like I said, it was a very heavy sofa. Other than that, they were kind and courteous.

We actually had 3 "men" and the truck. They arrived orn time. Got the job done! They were friendly and nice to work with. They had 3 stops for us and got everything in and out with care using padding and wrapping to protect many of the items they moved for us.

Two. Men and a Truck moving teams are great - however, this time I was extremely disappointed in the office team for the services on 09/11/24 - without asking they used the wrong credit card to charge my deposit - also on 09/11/24 Savannah called during the time of the service - it was disruptive - I was busy helping the guys to know where things needed to go - the moving team was awesome.
