Samantha in the office was very helpful, professional and nice. The crew of movers were fast, efficient and polite. They did send an extra man but it only sped things up. The extra cost of the third man was offset with time saved. All in all a stress free experience.

Well, this time they didn't wrap the piano music rest piece and it got chipped - not too pleased about that. I'm hoping all the furniture they put into my storage unit is not chipped but it's packed so tightly in there I can't tell. Maybe have them slow down a little and make sure items are packed securely in the truck??

One person didn’t call in to confirm the bill before processing it. I was made aware of the first hour but not when the second hour was approaching. The bill was created and the guy didn’t know if it was 2 hours or 2 hours and a half, also my couch was dropped.

I had a great experience with 2 men and a truck. I had 2 difficult apartments to navigate (narrow hallways and steep stairs) and Amelio, Marcus, and Cody did a fabulous job being efficient yet careful with my items. They were accommodating and answered all questions.
