Overall my experience was great. Quick and efficient customer service, the ability to schedule and do things via text, phone or online was very helpful. We did run into an issue with the cold and their trucks not working. Given it is upstate NY this seemed crazy and should be corrected for the future. Ed was fantastic and quickly resolved the issue and came to assist our move which was great!

We had a great experience with our moving team Mason, Tyler, and Austin. Our moving date was during a winter storm with -35 degree windchill but the team powered through and got the move completed. They were friendly, respectful, hard working, and maintained a great attitude from start to finish. I would highly recommend Two Men and a Truck especially the team we had! Thank you, guys!
