My brother did the actual working with the movers, and all he told me was "all done." So I can only speculate, but I believe they did help him with some stuff that had to be discarded, as well.
I was very happy with the customer rep, Sonya. She seemed like she knew what she was doing (and did!) which helped me relax a bit. She also managed a couple of scheduling problems on short notice.

The gentlemen that moved us were fantastic. We had horrible weather that day, very cold, and they did not complain at all. They worked very hard, efficient, and fast.

TWO MEN AND A TRUCK were great to work with both in Chicago and in Rochester. Both teams showed up early and were ready to work. They were very courteous and focused on getting the work done promptly as well as inquisitive of where things should go. I will for sure use them in the future!
