They great in all aspects. Even though one item was damaged they were still good movers and very good with communication.

The moving team was very courteous and professional, but they lost a part of my gym set. Now the office is being uncommunicative about my claim and noncommittal about whether lost items are insured the same way broken items are.

Our two guys were such nice young gentlemen. Only problem was it took them at least an extra hour due to the fact that they didn't have the tools they needed to take beds apart or remove plastic. My husband noticed they were still upstairs and wondered why so he went up and then got the tools they needed so they could get the beds apart. We paid for that extra hour, so that is a problem.

Basic disassembly and removal of stretch wrap is included in the estimate. The men carry basic hand tools so if more tools are needed and/or disassembly is more in depth, your time may exceed your estimate.
