Jonathan and Jonathan are AMAZING! I was surprised at how quick, professional and respectful these guys were from the second they got out of their truck to the second they left. They were productive, friendly, and very willing to help. Every box and item was placed in the room it belonged to. Was told the move would be done in one day. Told Zac that we would do all packing except the 2 TVs and the movers should bring boxes for them. Movers showed up around 9 with no boxes. Finished packing around 10 and they said they had to go back to the office to get boxes and pack up the TV’s there. I was told they didn’t leave until 11:30. Furniture delivered next day and had to sleep on the floor

We’re very sorry the move didn’t go the way you expected, I just wanted to take a moment and address your concerns.The specialty tv bxes cartons weren’t on the original estimate, so the crew didn’t have them at arrival, but once they were able to secure them in the proper materials to protect your TVs, you were not charged for them. As for the misunderstanding timing, I can understand why you'd be frustrated, especailly with an uncomfortable first night. With the extended drive time involved, the time it would have taken the drivers was too long for them to continue and we regret that it led to an uncomfortable first night. We appreciate your feedback and wish you the best as you settle into your new home.
