The movers was on time and did a good job, however the process determine the actual cost for service is not good. Having the cost to exceed more than 10% of the cost that was quoted is unacceptable, it seems deceptive.

Facilitating my move with Mike from beginning to end was a superb experience.
All staff were great, with timely communications throughout the day, and Mike went above and beyond with words of comfort that made my moving day as seamless and stress-free as it could possibly be. My movers Shane and Tom were fantastic and took great care with my possessions and made sure everything was in place.

The ease of reserving a move was refreshing. All of the staff communications were perfect and the movers, Jacob and Q, took great care in protecting the items being moved. They were respectful of the property, home and residents. Will recommend and use again.

Kaleef and Noah were an awesome team. They carefully and quickly moved my mother’s furniture to her new home. They were so efficient and incredibly polite. And the rates were very reasonable. I’m still unpacking boxes and so far I’ve found 4 broken items.
The box clearly marked Fragile Glassware. Box was stacked upside down. Also my television credenza had a large scuff mark on one corner.
When I got my email from you on condition of goods, someone had forged my initials. Please look at all initials, the is a huge difference.
