crew worked hard and the day was longer than expected, unloading process was way too fast and furious, boxes/ furniture in wrong room. obvious the group wanted everything out of their trucks. Most significant disappointment was one fridge was not emptied prior to packing, many things in fridge broke making a very bad situation, in addition it was never plugged in so $100's of food spoiled

Jacob and Keontay were personable, friendly, and very hard working. They did an excellent job packing fragile items and protecting furniture. When bringing items into the new apartment, they were patient and were careful to place and adjust items as we requested. They exceeded our expectations!
