I did not realize the they do not provide boxes. When the move was completed I noticed that my pax wardrobe was damaged. A few of the draws cannot open properly. The wardrobe was cracked during removal. The back board are all detached.A photo frame was broken.

Hello Odette, you only asked for a move quote. If you needed a pack with the move we would have estimated that for you as well. The office customer team was very helpful in resolving our refrigerator moving request order.
HomeDepot’s delivery team was unsuccessful with delivering our refrigerator into our kitchen, they stated our door frame was too small.
