I had a great experience with two men and a truck. The office staff were very transparent about pricing, and easy to contact with any questions. The movers I had were fantastic. They were very polite, efficient, and took great care of my belongings. I really appreciated their help packing the storage unit, too. Moving is always stressful but the team made it easy. All arrangements were smooth and efficient, including timely response to my request for changes. The delivery was on time and efficient. The movers (Denzel and DiaQuan) were professional, polite, helpful, efficient, attentive to detail, very pleasant to interact with. They took great care of the pieces they moved, and they protected our floors and corners while moving the items.

The scheduling and estimation process were very straightforward and quick and the communication was great. The movers were prompt and very nice to work with and efficient. My only criticism would be a lack of care with some of the fragile items I had. Some fragile boxes were stacked on and large pieces were not strapped to dollies even with the high winds that popped up.
