My experience with the office and communication through process of move and after move was great.
As far as movers, and the move it self experience was not the best. Screws were missing for a bed frame, bed frame was put together incorrectly and sofa got dirty during move due to not being wrapped properly. The management made it right with fixing bed but move was not best for how much I paid.

Our two movers worked hard, did great, and maintained a positive attitude all day.
The only suggestion I have is that the company should make sure they have all the moving straps, dollies and hand trucks that they need to make their job quicker and easier.

Our moving team took care of our things and were willing to take on some additional interior moves at our new house to help us get settled! I was quoted 3-4 hours the move lasted 8 hours for a 2bedroom apartment my walls were destroyed and my tv broken they sent me 2 men and it was more like 1

The 2 guys that helped us move were great! They had just come from a 8. hour move before us and that didn't slow them down at all!

Joey, Jordan, James, John and Zane were awesome. Only problem was loading the trucks took longer than expected so rather then being able to put the boxes in the appropriate rooms at the new house, they were all put in the garage which is making settling in much slower but... it's okay and couldn't be helped. The guys were great, professional abd extremely personable. Thanks so much!!
