The port to port charges are very deceiving and cost the costumer extra money for the workers to drive an empty truck to and from. This was not explained when booking and added extra unneeded cost.

During my move the drivers told me upon drop off that a table must have been stole off the truck during loading. A whole side table is missing and no one did anything about it but said oops my bad. No follow up from the office nothing. You all sell me insurance that the deductible wouldn’t be more than what is missing. Would never use again.

The guys who helped move the items in my apartment were efficient, quick, and extremely friendly. Anthony, DeAndre, and I forgot the third guys name. Give those men a raise, they deserve it!

The two young men that showed up to help us move were fun, caring and very professional. We even had a few moments to toss around a football and chat because they were done so efficiently and well within the estimated time frame. In fact, even with our fooling around for maybe five minutes they were still done and gone a good forty minutes early. Great Job!

Julius, Gino n Justin helped with dumping several pieces of. furniture as well as bags n boxes of trash rolled up carpet etc. They were fast, efficient, friendly, polite and all round excellent workers. This has been a very stressful time for me. and they helped lighten my mood and lifted a worrisome burden. I wished I had tipped them more. They deserved it!

I’ve moved with 2 men and a truck at least 3 times over the last 4 years. The last time I moved, they sent 2 trucks and 3 or 4 men and it took all day. This time they sent one truck and 2 men. It took all day into the night and we still have much more to go. I felt so bad for the 2 lone movers. I don’t know why the company didn’t see I needed much more based on history.
