The entire reason I hired you people, was for my 12 THOUSAND DOLLAR king size bed. Your 2 men decided not to move that because, and I quote, “it WILL get ruined”. So then we had to figure out at the last minute how to move this mattress. Took us 6 hours the next day and we ended up having to leave items at the house. Also charged for down time for your manager to do a walkthrough. I paid for that.

Great team, the office staff were friendly and scheduled me in quickly. The guys were on time and got straight to work covering the house and stair rails with protective blankets. I had one heavy (410 lb.) cast iron clawfoot tub to get from the garage to the second floor of the house for a bathroom remodel job I was doing. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone.
