Some of my furniture was damaged in the move. One of the men was a rookie who spent 20 minutes dissembling a dresser and another 20 on a bed frame. I’ve hired this company before and the previous movers had it done in minutes. Rookie could have used some additional training before starting the job. Not sure he even had power tools

Overall the team was great and got us moved into our home well. A driveway check was done before the move but the results weren’t communicated with the team who showed up to move me. Wardrobe boxes were supposed to come but got left off the inventory list somehow. The moving team worked hard to put some furniture back together but some of it had to be redone after the team left.

I appreciate the office staff talking through options with me for moving a small number of items half way across the country. The staff who packed up my items were quick and efficient, and the staff who brought the items to my house were prompt, courteous and helpful. Overall, Two Men and a Truck made the move pretty simple for me! Other than paying for the move, but that is what it is . . . .
