The 3 men who moved us were polite and very hard working. I hope your company is taking care of them. I don’t ever want to move again but if I do I will use your company again

The moving team was professional and were careful moving the furniture and packages. They communicated well throughout the process.
I think it would be best if they have a route planned beforehand for long distance moves. The movers spent too much time finding the best location and hotel to spend the night on the road. (They told me they tried 6 hotels!)

Absolutely ridiculous service, kept calling me to tell me they weren’t done with their job yet after waiting for several hours for them to arrive to do mine, which was pre-scheduled. You guys really put me in a bind. I finally had to cancel and round up some neighbors to help me. Not real sure why you sent me the survey since you never provided any service.
