We were informed they would be taking an old dresser that would go to a storeroom for low income individuals could pick an item up. It would appear we were not properly informed. Instead we had to pay to have the item removed and employees (movers) did not know about any program to assist people in need.

The movers did a terrible job of loading our uhaul. They ran out of room & were unable to get many items left in our garage. When I got home & looked in the uhaul, there was TONS of gaps & space in the truck. It looked like items were thrown into the truck without any organizational planning. I spent the evening unpacking the truck & repacking it & was able to fit everything they said wouldn't fit
