Scheduling the move was very easy and Joshua was super responsive. The move team leader, Victor, communicated very effectively on the day of the move. The team got right to work and problems were solved quickly. All three movers, Victor, Keegan, and Stephen, were professional, courteous, careful, and fast so that, despite the lack of parking and a three-stop move, it was done by lunch time. Thanks

The men were very polite snd nice but seemed inexperienced, there was some damage to the furnishings. I think they would do better with some guidance.. it was a big move with heavy objects..

I did make a comment to your men, they should be provide a lift belt so they do not hurt themselves.

The guys were very enthusiastic and didn't waste any time in wrapping and protecting items for shipping. When they wrapped the curios, the keys were left in the locks. It would have been helpful to remove the keys and/or tape them to the backs of the curios. One of the keys broke in the lock. Hopefully in the future, they remove the keys before wrapping the furniture. Thanks.
