Everything ( outside of the unexpected, and unannounced when discussing with the representative .... while there was small print about the extremely inadequate $ 0.60 per lb insurance coverage ) additional requirement for insurance expense everything was SPOT ON just like the last time you moved us. This would have been 100% satisfaction report if that had simply been pointed out.

Very positive experience! From the very start the office team, Allie, was extremely helpful with the whole process and tips. When the boxes were delivered, he made sure I new some of the tricks for getting the most out of the supplies. the Team that showed was very polite and took the time to understand what was important to us. They were very efficient.

The movers were so great. they were right on time, got everything done quickly and made it very easy. the contact from the main office who called the confirm the night before was excellent. He was really flexible and solution oriented.
My only issue was contacting to schedule the move. No one every answered the phone and I would be on hold for an eternity. They were good with email responses but it was challenging to make payment as no one would answer.
All in all though, this was a great experience and I would highly recommend.
